Why us

Why choose J. F. Peraita

In business since 1962

More than six decades manufacturing and reconditioning mechanical components for Brazilian industry.

Manufacturing from drawing or sample

When no drawing exists, we reproduce the component from the physical part — including discontinued items.

Support for breakdowns and machine stoppages

Much of our demand arrives as urgent maintenance: we assess the part and respond quickly to the quotation request.

Experience with special worm gear sets

Multi-start sets — already produced with up to 13 starts — and re-cutting of bronze worm wheel teeth.

Inspection and technical documentation on request

Dimensional verification, drawing approval and formal response to inspections when required by the customer.

How we work

From drawing to finished part

A direct flow, from the first contact to the release of the checked component.

  1. 01

    Send drawing, photos or sample

Describe the component and the problem to solve. A physical sample is enough when there is no drawing.

  2. 02

    Technical analysis and quotation

We assess geometry, material and application, then send the proposal with the agreed scope.

  3. 03

    Manufacturing or reconditioning

The part is machined, manufactured or reconditioned according to the approved scope.

  4. 04

    Check and release

We run the dimensional check, confirm release for collection and issue the return invoice.

The process may vary according to the complexity of the project.
