Can you manufacture a gear from a used part?

Yes. When no drawing is available we work from the physical sample, establishing the geometry of the component with measuring instruments suited to the case.

Which types of gear do you produce?

Spur and helical cylindrical gears, straight bevel gears, sprockets, silent-chain gears, timing-belt gears and pulleys, external and internal splines, racks and screws.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We have no fixed minimum batch. We handle everything from single replacement parts to small series, according to the needs of the maintenance team or the equipment manufacturer.

Which material is used?

The material is defined together with the customer according to the drawing, the application and the load the part will be subjected to. Capacity is assessed according to drawing, material, dimensions and application.

Do you carry out a dimensional check of the finished part?

Yes. We perform the dimensional check of the manufactured part with suitable measuring instruments, according to the complexity and tolerances of the component.

What we do

Industrial gears

We have manufactured gears and provided gear tooth milling services to order since 1962. Each part is defined from the customer's technical drawing or from the physical sample of the component to be reproduced — a frequent situation when the equipment is old, imported or no longer supported with spare parts.

The work involves analysing the tooth geometry, the type of meshing and the application, followed by machining the component and checking its dimensions before delivery.
