Industries served
Made-to-order components for industries that depend on machine availability and reliable replacement parts.
Segments
Where our components are applied
Our scope is defined by the type of component, not by the segment: we manufacture for any industry that uses mechanical transmission and needs parts to drawing or sample.
Steelmaking
Drive and replacement components for heavy process lines, with experience supplying large steel mills.
Metalworking
Gears, worm wheels and worm shafts for processing machines and equipment.
Packaging and filling
Replacement parts and drives for filling lines and high-output machines.
Food
Replacement parts and reconditioning of production line drives.
Beverages
Components for filling, conveying and mechanical drives.
Sugar and ethanol
Gearbox reconditioning and manufacturing of large components.
Oil and gas
Manufacturing of mechanical components to drawing for industrial maintenance.
Pulp and paper
Replacement gears and drive assemblies for paper machines, including equipment manufacturers in the sector.
Glass
Replacement components and drive assemblies for glass production lines.
Mining
Transmission components subject to high load and wear.
Marine
Special parts and reproduction of components with no drawing available.
Agricultural machinery and tractors
Replacement parts and transmission components for implements and tractors.
Tooling and auto parts
Cams, transfer gears and components machined to drawing.
Capital goods
Partnership with machine and equipment manufacturers working to their own design.
Technical audience
Who we talk to
- Mechanical engineers responsible for design and specification
- Industrial maintenance and shutdown planning teams
- Technical buyers and procurement departments
- Plant managers
- Machine and equipment manufacturers
- Companies that need to replace discontinued parts
Discontinued part or no drawing
This is the most common situation in maintenance: the equipment has stopped, the component has failed and the manufacturer no longer supplies the part. In these cases we work from the physical sample, taking dimensional measurements with suitable instruments to reproduce the geometry and manufacture the replacement component.
