2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide in the contact and quotation forms: name, company, job title or department, e-mail, phone, city and state, type of service, description of the requirement, quantity, material, lead time and any technical files you choose to attach.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not carry out behavioural profiling of visitors.

3. What we use the data for

The data is used exclusively to review your request technically, prepare commercial proposals and keep in touch regarding that request.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent and on preliminary procedures leading to a contract, under article 7, items I and V, of Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

5. Technical files submitted

Drawings, photos and other attached files are stored in a private environment, accessible only by the team handling the request. These documents are treated as confidential customer information and are not published on the website or disclosed to third parties.

Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and to maintain the commercial history of the relationship, and may be deleted at any time at the data subject's request, subject to legal retention obligations.
