Information that helps us respond faster
- A technical drawing in any legible format, if available
- Module and number of teeth

- Quantity and required lead time
- Equipment in which the component is used
If you do not have this information
Photographs can support initial evaluation. When no drawing exists, dimensional assessment from a physical sample is part of the service. Manufacturing requires a drawing or physical sample; photos alone are insufficient.
No technical field is mandatory for submitting an initial request. Describe the problem and we will take it from there.
Machine downtime
Many requests arise from urgent maintenance. State if the machine is down so the technical assessment can be prioritised accordingly.
How customer components are received
Parts sent for dimensional assessment, reconditioning or tooth milling are received under Brazil’s remittance-for-industrial-processing procedure and returned with the corresponding tax invoice. Collection is available at the factory in Brás, or delivery can be arranged.
